Training objectives include touch-typing using the Mavis Beacon Software package. Touch typing techniques are mastered and your typing speed will increase noticeably.

You will also develop your communication skills and learn to master the art of effective business correspondence. In the simulated office you will gain hands-on experience in reception duties, filing, telephone systems, the use of office equipment and task oriented team work. An introduction to Business Administration will cover topics related to the administrative environment, meetings and personal development.Students will keep a portfolio of their completed assignments that will be evaluated together with their performance in the simulated office and final examination.
